When Cotto losses to Pacquiao why doesnt he fight Paul Williams at 160 catch weight or something.


This would be a great fight and would solidify Paul Williams as being a great fighter....cuz we all know

- Pacquiao will never fight paul williams...

- Mayweather will keep making excuses

- Shane Mosley will slip his way outta that fight

- Margarito got schooled by Williams before


So why NOT Cotto????????
