Didn't realize Bivol and Salamov were fighting. Last I heard Salamov was fighting Joe Smith before Smith instead went with Callum Johnson.

I haven't seen much of Salamov other than his fight with Hooper. Don't recall being terribly impressed, I imagine Bivol wins in unimpressive fashion. Wonder if it's being picked up by DAZN.

So did John Ryder walk away from David Morrell Jr. for nothing?

David Morrell-John Ryder: WBA Re-Orders Super Middleweight Title Fight
Eddie Hearn and the brass at Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) are now in discussion for two super middleweight title fights. The World Boxing Association (WBA) has once again called for a fight between reigning WBA “World” super middleweight titlist David Morrell (5-0, 4KOs) and mandatory challenger John Ryder (29-5, 16KOs). The sanctioning body ordered a fresh round of negotiations on Thursday, with the two sides given thirty (30) days—until August 7—to come to terms or be subject to a purse bid hearing.

Hearn's Plan For Bivol: Fight John Ryder In The UK In December, Then Face Canelo In May
Eddie Hearn can’t envision any scenario in which Caleb Plant will upset Canelo Alvarez on November 6 in Las Vegas. The British promoter accordingly has mapped out a plan for Alvarez’s return to the ring after defeating Plant in their super middleweight title unification fight next month at MGM Grand Garden Arena. Hearn believes Alvarez – with whom his company, Matchroom Boxing, maintains a professional partnership – will want to conquer the light heavyweight division once he becomes the first fully unified 168-pound champion in the history of boxing’s four-belt era.

Cherry picking bum.....but of course the main boxing media doesn't call him out on it because they are always trying to protect their precious Eastern Euro darlings.

Another useless fight for Bivol, people is wating for him to unify since forever. MW, SMW, LHW and soon CW, are all wating to fight with Canelo. Hoy many careers will be delayed for that fight? Due that Canelo is only one man i fear that all this divisions will continúe to sleep.
