I would pick Shawn over Virgil Ortiz, Victor Ortiz, Luiz Ortiz in a catchweight fight and Tito Ortiz in a streetfight. He's great.

Never held Garcia more than a solid B fighter at Welter,Jr welters is a different story. That Garsh got left behind at 140 where he was massive for the weight. Have always held Bud in high regard so...

Outside of Ennis, Crawford, and Spence name a welterweight that could take 4th spot. He beat kalvelusius up worse than Crawford

OK. You're right about Virgil I just don't think he has the speed and reflexes to give Bud any problems. Bud can negate that **** very quick, it's a lot easier to take away than Porter's speed and awkwardness. Styles make fights. It's like what happens to GGG every time he faces someone w more speed than him, he looks very ordinary and hittable.

I also think Garcia is very overrated at welter, even junior welter though where he lost to Herrera, I just say this because everyone on here said that Porter/Garcia/Thurman were the boogeyman for Bud.

Crawford has never been in the ring with a puncher like Vergil and Crawford gets tagged way too much
