Well those stats make it seem like they're the same size but they're missing a pretty important one.

Cottos is built like a square. It's really his body that's bigger than pacman. If they measured both their waists it would be a pretty big size difference.

External dimensions don't really say anything about a person's mass since they don't take into account bone and muscular mass/density. There are people who's muscles look bigger and yet don't pack a lot of weight while there are those that look skinny and yet are heavy. Paul Williams may look big even at middleweight but the heaviest he has come in was at 165 against Winky Wright. Wright/Miranda/Abraham may look smaller but they're heavier than Williams.

I'd be surprised if Pacquiao even reaches 150. He is very relaxed and hydrated at 148. Cotto on the other hand weighing-in at at 158-160 is not far fetched as he has done it before.

I was surprised by the thigh/calf measurement. Well... not surprised but it really showed their fighting styles. Manny's calves are huge because of all the bouncing he does, while Cotto has thick thighs and shows he really plants down for his power shots, found it interesting.
