Lou Dibelle didn't promote Wilder right got his other guy (Martin)a titleshot with Haymon not making his guys fight each other. Could of made WIlder vs Martin on ppv also Joseph Parker he was another guy that was in the right place at the right time and other guys like povetkin imo he should've signed a co promotional deal with big promoter around that time.
A.J would have been pushed either way , the difference is he probably fights Klitschko in 2018 instead of 2017 where both guys beat whoever is around them minus Wilder who hides or takes a long break out with a fake injury . Ha

lucky in the sense that aj was probably concussed, got hit in the equilibrium and was finished from that point on.
whilst lennox lewis was laid out flat...joshua got up everytime. so why should we assume ruiz is any better than an oliver mccall of the past? im just pointing out that ruiz has qualities but he's never historically been anywhere near top 5 status. top 10, maybe.

aj knocked him down with ease really. after the fight he said 'the meat wasnt tender' ie that he got wreckless when he should have bided his time and broke ruiz down.

ruiz couldnt knock out zumbano love once upon a time, so he was never really a killer. it was just aj at his worst on the night. one of them freak occurences.

Unless Andy has shed 100 lbs, Wilder should do him in. Andy is gonna rush in thinking Wilder is too clumsy to land a punch he should see coming from last week....but it lands. And that will be that.

Your mind is convincing itself of a different reality. Had the ref not waved it after the third knock down AJ would have been KTFO’d and might still be down. Either that or he would’ve had a heart attack right there in the ring. Ruiz junior worked him over, but you seem to think AJ’s performance was a fluke and that that was Ruiz Jrs only bright career moment. If you pay attention you will see AJ reveal many weaknesses. At the elite championship level he is a threat to anyone but also a potential KO victim to anyone.

which hw wasnt? the reality is that aj messed up...more than ruiz was something special. ruiz is decent, parker level. that's a top 10 fighter but not top 5.
              now usyk on the otherhand....

I agree, but NSB wouldn't support that. Wilder would end up with a fourth shot and we'd never hear the end of the complaints.

Ruiz wrecks wilder. Too skilled, too fast, to powerful, and has that Mexican heart

I have to laugh at anyone saying Wilder wins this “easily.” Not saying he doesn’t win, but he typically loses every round until he stops a guy with the only clean punch he manages to land. I think it’s intriguing to see what happens to Wilder mentally after a few bad losses.
