    Is Porter Overrated?

People talk as if he is an elite fighter, but he is B-level at best.

So now he is overrated because Crawford beat him. When Spence hardly beat him, it was called a great war.

So you are telling me Spence is B level?

Yes, he's a solid fighter, but he gets way too much credit. Just because he's active and aggressive doesn't mean he's keeping the fight competitive. I think Spence and Thurman beat him pretty clear, but a lot of people will tell you it was close because Porter was aggressive. Most of time he's smothering his own offense. For a guy who does most of his work at short range he's bad at utilizing angles.

He’s fairly rated, a tough B level guy who tested all the champs/elites of this era but couldn’t beat them. He lost to Brook, Thurman, Spence, Crawford, and should’ve lost to Ugas. Gave them hell but couldn’t close the show to get a win at the top level. Him and Danny are in a similar league, good fighters but a notch below the elites.

          Yes.

He is a solid B fighter, nothing more.

An old and finished Pacquiao beat Thurman, Thurman beat Porter.

            Welterweight is overrated.

He is one of the top guys today, the division so far is not as good as the last era, you got TC Spence Thurman Porter and Ugas and a few young guns coming in, I don't think you could say there is an ATG amongst them though they are quality guys.

Garcia was elite fighter at 140, at 147 not so much.
