Except Porter didn’t do everything in the sport or even close, it is literally the opposite of a true statement; It’s a false statement. He was a solid, top 5-10 WW of this era and that’s it, nothing more.
He did everything "he could do" in the sport to the best of his abilities ...he's certainly showed to have the biggest balls in the welterweight division in a long long time

How low budget was Porter's father after the fight?

You can't mimic Mike Tyson with no power. Let's be real here. Porters main downfall was he hit like a lightweight. In fact, I bet Tank Davis hits harder than Shawn Porter.

P4P my butt, that belongs to Usyk, Canelo, Inoue, GGG, Fury and Josh Taylor right now.

                He did his best.

Fell short on plenty of occasions which lead to him NOT achieving everything possible in this sport.

                Simple facts of the matter.

Is this some kind of mean girls clique, where y’all try to out snark one another or what? Shawn Porter Is one of the best Ww in the division and brought a style of fighting that has been tough for any of his opponents.
He was more or less even going into the 10th, if it hadn’t been from the too early towel, had a legit chance at beating Bud on the cards. I don’t think it would have gone that way, but he was in the fight.
Shawn Porter made and will continue to make boxing better with his contributions. Respect to SP and his daddy.

But at least if he had the foot work, and head movement, he would land cleaner shots! Shawn knows how to get inside, but always smothers himself when he gets there!

Exactly what I’ve been saying for years. It’s hard to be the guy who always goes first. He had better success when he was patient, but his bum rush arm punches are never as consequential as the clean counters that he received from the top boxers. I think a lot of fans and even judges can be swayed by his work rate, but I just don’t see it as effective aggression. I agreed with the judge that gave Crawford all the late rounds. He was hitting him with cleaner, more consequential counters, especially the body shots that wore him down.
