          • This guy is gonna punch himself out lol. That guard is strong. The Brazilian guy needs to go to the body. He can’t head hunt a guard like that.

If he wants to be the next GGG, he can’t have brittle hands. You can’t have your hand breaking in fights if you want to be a big puncher.

At the same time, you really can’t even control that. Injuring your hand or wrist, it happens, and it’s very painful, and your punch will never be at 100% after that, and your hand/wrist will always be prone after it happens once. Mayweather, Calzaghe, Malignaggi to name a few, after breaking their hand, their punch was never 100%.

I broke my hand once, after hitting a sparring partner on the top of his head. I was not aiming there, he moved and I got the top of his head. It was PAINFUL, lots of pain. It healed eventually, I kept sparring, but in every sparring match it would get hurt again. It was never the same. I imagine as an amateur or pro, that is a hard injury to overcome. It really shows how good Mayweather and Calzaghe were.
I think his chin or the way he eats a punch reminds me of ggg. And I think if he threw in combination more he would lessen the chance breaking his hand loading up with 1 big punch.

                  • Volny has an insane guard. When he puts his hands up, there’s nowhere to hit him legally. It’s crazy.

                    • Falcao is clearly far more talented but he doesn't seem accustomed to the pros.
Going to end up gassing flurrying at gloves.

Early impression is this other fella is simply better suited to the pros and is going to trail bad but likely come from behind.
