Skipping a division just seems suspect to me considering we know the guys at the top of that division would give him a good fight this guy has little chance imo and nobody really cares about that fight obviously it will still sell well being Canelo but the true fans want to see beterbiev or bivol as i say he’s playing the game good fair play and all that but it’s still kind of ducking to me.

Okay so why skip a division then if it’s not wanting any part of Beterbiev or Bivol? I can’t think of any other explanation. It just goes nicely with casuals and fan boys “he went up 2 divisions and beat number 2 for his belt” when in reality he’s beating somebody who got knocked out by Bellew so has little credibility.

Canelo already fought a HOF in Kovalev who reclaimed his belt from Eleider. The “reality” is that Beterbiev is the Lineal HW Champion who unified with Gvozdyk. There hasn’t been a priority from the Russians to unify.

Well this guy is certainly no boogeyman so it would be a step up that’s our point. Anybody who got TKOd by Bellew isn’t beating Canelo. It is what it is not like we can do anything about it but not everybody with valid criticism on blatant belt picking is a “hater” like thugnelo claims.

Canelo is a legit HoF great talent not denying that because of that reason i expect more. None as far as I’m aware but not sure how that relates to him TKOing makabu. We all know Bellew wasn’t the best fighter he was decent but if he was able to do that to this guy it’s obvious Canelo will be levels above him it’s obvious Canelo seen something for him to take that specific fight as i keep saying it’s smart match making but you can’t be mad people are criticising his choices when there are much better fights out there for him.

Dunno why you bringing up Crawford like I didn’t just criticise him for beating nobodys yet making his way to top 5 p4p just doesn’t compute. Canelo is p4p number 1 so he should be taking on better opposition.
