Bud has no business near the p4p list not sure how that narrative even started guess the same way Wilder made it to top 5 heavyweights beating nothing but bums. People just expect more from Canelo and he’s playing the game for easy belts. If he was to fight Usyk at cruiser i would be all with it and i would respect the **** out of Canelo but he would rather move up to a no name to try claim glory with another belt. I would respect him more clearing out the light heavy division mainly bivol or beterbiev first.

Fair enough explanation just doesn’t explain why he’s skipping light heavyweight he should do that on the way up if it’s to effect him down the line.

He wants another belt in another weightclass,he already did it at light heavyweight. He's trophy hunting and wants to make history. BS fight but I can see why he's doing it. He's definitely not too concerned with who the fans want him to fight but that's not surprising because he comes off as an egomaniac and can make millions fighting a homeless person if he wanted to.

Exactly my point ffs not that hard to work out is it lol i sound ****** af for him to fight Beterbiev or Bivol but he will fight somebody at a higher weight? makes no sense if not for individual belt picking off a not very good cruiserweight. At least somebody has some sense in here people going on as if i'm calling Canelo a bum or something well over the top when my simple point was Beterbiev and Bivol are harder fights hence why he's skipping the division this time around. True he wants the cruiserweight belt which is fair doos but he taking it off an easy cruiserweight so people need to chill getting so butthurt for a bit of criticism.

Okay so why skip a division then if it’s not wanting any part of Beterbiev or Bivol? I can’t think of any other explanation. It just goes nicely with casuals and fan boys “he went up 2 divisions and beat number 2 for his belt” when in reality he’s beating somebody who got knocked out by Bellew so has little credibility.

Canelo unified 154, 160 and 168, he was the better and beat the better in those weights, just in 175 he fought with the #3, but still a better win that most wins of Crawford, or GGG.
