Why is Crawford being favoured by stoppage or KO? I see a lot of people saying he stops Porter and I don't understand why?

I don't think either of them punch harder. Thurman hasn't stopped anyone in years, even lesser competition. Spence is more an accumulation, wear down your stamina kinda puncher. Porter has a good chin for sure but greater stamina than anything. Crawford definitely has more one punch power than both.

But hey, Jose Benavidez went 11 with Crawford so I could see the fight going the distance and more so if Porter isn't fighting his usual come forward style.

Books have him favored to win by decision.

I got Crawford by decision but I agree with your points. Crawford definitely hits harder than Thurman- who isn’t a puncher whatsoever IMO. The moment his competition stepped up he didn’t stop anybody.

I feel like Spence is the heavier hitter but Crawford is the snappier and more explosive puncher. I’d say it close between them two.

Me neither but it’s called a “prediction” for a reason.

Speed and timing is what gives Bud his KOs.

Yeah your word choice is better. Snappier/Explosive. Porter seems a good candidate to never really get stopped at this weight but I'm sure a lot of people thought Margarito(and others) never would either until it happened.

It isn't about power tbh, if Porter gets stopped, it'll be due to Crawfords timing. Porter style makes him susceptible for him to get caught coming in. Will Crawford time him with a shot that Porter doesn't see coming? We will have to see

Power doesnt solely produce knockouts, speed and timing is equally, if not more dangerous.

For example, look at Kell Brook. We all know that Spence and GGG hit harder than Crawford. But, Kell got caught from a timed shot by Crawford that hurt him way way worse than anything Spence and GGG did.

It's the punches you don't see coming that are dangerous about Crawford. He does this very well.

Crawford stopped faded guys, gun shot victims, Eurobum turnip farmers and bums. He had to lowblow washed up glass jaw Amir Khan. His power is vastly overrated just like his resume and supposed skill set. He is a cherry picking hype job. The people predicting a stoppage are fangimps that go off the moronic "eye test" that has been proven wrong more than right.
