I think they both do a great job of murdering the English language....I don't understand why Cotto isn't more fluent in the language since it is taught in school as early as first grade.

that's a good point & the fact that puerto rico is a U.S. territory & its close proximity he should be more well verse & fluid with the language. That is what's keeping cotto from the mainstream.

Pacquiao has his excuse. the kid left home at 12 to be on his own. He was a street kid up until he made it big & started going back to school. The guy never really had a formal education.

It's so true. Tarver, Hop, and Toney, could truly trash talk.

Mayweather just doesn't have the verbal dexterity of those three.

Good trash talkers are both funny and offensive, witty and charming.
