Why is Pacquiao's head so damn big?

His face has gotten fatter due to gaining weight etc. Makes his head look bigger, really his cheeks have just filled out and that long hais hair doesn't do him any favours. Check some pics when he was @ 126-130 you'll see his cheeks are skinny.

EDIT: He's also smiling which widens the cheeks.

I see this pop up all the time, and was wondering if taking HGH / steroids (I think specifically HGH) can cause you to grow a larger jaw or head? I often see people post things about Tito's head being caused by HGH or Rampage's jaw, but isn't it possible they are just built like that?

I mean, Im sure there were people with big heads and jaws before HGH started being abused. Mark Hunt fits that bill, and he doesn't seem the type to take human growth hormone. Surely there would be other signs of giantism caused by this kind of abuse as well, like bigger hands, feet, forhead etc...

yea i remember thinking his head looked bigger than Oscars to. his head was fricken huge at featherweight though, no wonder he takes punches well.
