I love Canelo, but this is not his toughest challenge to date.

It's very selective, I get it, a dip in the other waters but not taking on the best cruiserweight, although I think he beats Okolie and Breidis. But Makabu is below them.

He moved up and beat Kovalev, but that was a very faded Sergey, not the one that fought Ward in the first fight. If he ventures back to light heavyweight, he has to take on Beterbiev. Bivol is also there, and Ramirez.

I believe he will, but he knows he has time on his side. He's very young.

Canelo picking arguably the easiest cruiser champion, who hasn't fought since 2020 and asking him to come down to 180 lol

This is the maiden voyage of the WBC’s return to a 190 pound cruiser division. It’s incredibly convenient for Canelo that he gets a 10 pound concession from a cruiserweight champion and hasn’t even got to take any heat for forcing a catchweight.

**** hypocrite Bradley he wasNt saying **** when Floyd was pulling his crap. Hmmm wonder why.
You really want to compare Floyd's career to Nelo's? Why is everything about race with y'all? You know this is a crap fight and if you don't think a black person can't criticize Nelo but you don't give one black champion any respect says it all.

We know if Nelo wanted your manhood you'd grab your ankles quick. Just like the other groupies here.

I think people on this board have it wrong. Canelo is not making him Makabu come down to 180 and since boxing created the bridgerweight class 190 is once again the cruiserweight limit.

Conveniently doing it in time for Canelo?

Anyway the WBC Cruiserweight limit is still 200 as it stands, officially.

Floyd was already retired when Canelo was middleweight champ.

He took both fighters light middleweight titles anyway. He wouldn’t have much to prove by beating them both again.

Where are the “who has he fought” and “he doesn’t have the experience” and the “fight so and so first” comments from the barrio and imitation barrio multiple profile posters?

Are we ever gonna have a comment section without Floyd being mentioned? It's a bit extreme to constantly bring him in the conversation. Why not just talk about the 2 fighters going in the ring for once.
