Vanes was not and is not a big names..he was coming off of a lose and a long layoff and moved up to fight GGG..it was a joke of a fight

if he was chasing greatness he'd face the best in the division. but he doesnt do that. its why he goes up and down divisions fighting the weakest beltholders, he did the same at 175, but he didnt stick around as there were dangerous fighters there so he retreated back to 168. he wont stick around at cruiser either

However, his fan boys don't see it that way. All they do is make excuses for Canelo. He hasn't fought a dangerous opponent in three years and that was with Gennady Golovkin. Also, many boxing fans believed he lost that fight too.
