I was just saying that if this fight is really at 190, it changes my opinion on it a great deal

As for me, I'm not a fan of this fight at 190. 200, great. 190, that's not right

I don't know why, but Makuba's fights have been popping up on my Youtube timeline since yesterday. I haven't searched for them or typed his name in but at least 4 of his fights are on my home page under combat sports popping up since the announcement

Dude is clearly a paper champ. Won a vacant belt. Beat nobody. Got tossed by Bellew.

But other than that Latvian guy who actually participated in the boxing series, there isn't anyone of note holding a title at Cruiserweight.

if anything, Canelo is clearly taking advantage of a weak Cruiserweight division now that Usyk isn't there anymore.

Capitalizing on the WBC belt (since most people recognize that title as the best) being held by a jobber.

Has Canelo ever fought a catchweight fight besides being subjected to one against Floyd?

Im genuinely curious if he’s ever been in a catchweight fight?

The man had his own weight class for years. He had a weight clause/rehydration limit against Fielding and Kovalev.

I might be forgetting something too but having your own weight class, and those other 2 fights, are pretty big imo.

David Diaz at 135lbs? David Diaz wasn't the top lightweight. He was a weak cherry pick.

Oscar at 147lbs.? Oscar hadn't fought at welterweight for years and was the worst drained zombie ever. Miguel Cotto at 145lbs? Cotto wasn't the top welterweight. It took years of ducking the full random Olympic style drug testing before Pacquiao took his guaranteed Loss to Floyd. Algieri? Rios? How many joke cherry picks did Pacquiao get to have at welterweight?

Margacheato at 150lbs? Margacheato wasn't the top junior middleweight. This joke fight alone throws out your bullsheeit false narrative.

Pacquiao cherry picked and used everything to his advantage while moving up. Only his fangimps try to justify it and deny it. He fought all those fights in all those divisions yet fought less current/former champs than guys with less fights. Cherry picking at it's finest.
