Let me tell you for free - if Mairis Briedis was the current WBC Cruiserweight Chammpion Canelo and Reynoso would not be going to no convention asking for that fight, that's 100% facts.

Cute. Alvarez has earned a gimme fight after beating 3 undefeated fighter within 11 months to become undisputed. His gimme btw is 32 lb heavier than him.
Fine, who gives a 5hlt.
YDKSAB...but you already know this.

Breidis and Dorticos were in the cw tourney dumbass. Okolie only recently became a belt holder. Where tf was mkabu this whole time?Oldskoolg likes this.

Everyone and their mothers cared a lot about Canelo possibly demanding catchweights for Jacobs, Smith and Kovalev. They said he wouldn’t dare, he is too much of a coward to fight top 3, prime fighters at their comfortable weight.
It did not happen like clueless fans predicted. Canelo instead fought those guys at 160, 168, and 175, full limit. Did his critics care or admitted to looking dumb? No, they are dishonest. They will just cover their tracks and not admit they are wrong.
Again, wether this fight takes place at 190lbs, or 200lbs, Canelo critics will complain regardless.aboutfkntime likes this.

For Canelo to be great, he has to listen to the fans. What fighter just ignores his fan base and the fans of boxing in general, doesn't fight who everyone is asking him to fight, and goes and fights the weakest links wherever he can find them. He also cannot make cruiserweight by May without anabolic steroids. He just can't. He's deliberately upsetting the boxing community by not fighting any of the fighters people want him to fight, whether it's Charlo, Andrade, Benavidez, Golovkin, Bivol or Beterbiev. There are so many boxers he could fight but instead goes and fights someone NO BODY is asking him to fight and NO BODY wants to see him fight. And then he's going to try to make everyone pay $80 dollars to see him stat pad. Fight a guy who is arguably the weakest champion of any weight class. We just had to watch him do this the last year or more. Pay money to see him fight people no one wanted to see him fight.
This guy is smaller than just about every super middleweight out there. He's the same size as Charlo. He weighs more, sure, but he's fighting a guy who's like a blown up middleweight at cruiserweight, which is probably why Makabu hasn't won any notable wins, and his best wins were eeked out with a competitive Cieslak win and a mixed decision win over Aleksei Papi, two guys who've spent their whole career fighting bums.
I hope Canelo gets sparked, especially after he's juiced to the gills.Elastic Rec0il likes this.

wait, wait, wait, Angulo, Lara, Kirkland, Cotto and Khan? LMAO You serious? They were all 154lb fighters or below! NONE were 160 lb fighters that had to come down. They weren't weight drained. Weight draining an opponent is where the disadvantages come. What Pacquiao did with Cotto, for example, making him come down to 145 instead of 147, that's a weight disadvantage. Canelo had them go UP 1 pound. How the hell is that a disadvantage? Do you know anything about cutting weight the day of the weigh in, it hurts a fighter more to cut more weight before the weigh in. If he had gotten Golovkin, a career 160lber to fight at 155, then you'd have an argument, but this? It's whining.
As far as Cotto is concerned, Cotto requested their MW fight to be at that weight. He was the A-side, it was his call.
I'm not even going to even bother to read and respond to the rest, it's just going to be more hate filled nonsense. Good day.
Its easy to dismiss the answers to the questions you put to me as hate filled nonsense but everything I brought up was factually correct and I really do think you had nothing in terms of a response without making yourself look ****** so decided to leave it there lol.Last edited by Elastic Rec0il; 11-17-2021, 02:39 PM.
