I think it's been announced as part of the undercard for Davis and Cruz but I could be mistaken. My guess is that Adames team is banking on Derevyenchenko being a little shopworn after fighting Reno Johnson, Danny Jacobs, GGG and Jermall Charlo. A win over Derevy launches Adames back into relevancy.

Tough fight but sometimes you need to take chances.
