Despite his skin color most normal Mexicans (brown skinned) give him tons of respect. It wasn't always like that, he's come a long way. And that "I will never fight another Mexican" comment he made a couple years ago was mainly due to white guilt.

No, he was criticized when he said mexicans don't **** around to GGG and then vacated the belt. When he hid under his 155 division etc. Pretty much deserved criticism.
