Laugh all you want bro...but Cotto fought hard against Margo, and lost, so what.

The fact is Cotto won...and the fight was close and competitive...so even if he did lose...Cotto fought hard against bigger stronger welter weight opposition. That is also a fact.

      What does Cotto mean?

I think P4P Marquez is better than Cotto, and Marquez I and II was Pacquiao's toughest fights to date and most difficult opponent. So I hope Cotto does not mean he's the toughest fight/best opponent Pacquiao has faced.

P4P is mythical....you have to actually take size into account in this case, because this is reality.

I mean sure Marquez, Morales, and Barrera are probably better than Cotto P4P...but Cotto is way bigger. It definitely matters.

He couldn't even beat Margarito who stands there and lets you punch him the whole fight. He very well could have lost to both Clottey and Mosley, and Mosley is WAY past his prime.
Are you saying that Pac would beat the same Margo that KO Cotto?

If the P4P #1 can't be competitive less than one weight division above his natural weight class then he has no business being P4P #1 - or even P4P #10 for that matter.[/QUOTE]

so you sayin if pac could not compete in the ww division,he did'nt deserve to be the # 1 after all?....how many didvion titles has pac won?......pac's already pushin it in the jww and,did it occur to you that if pac does'nt look look good at ww its because he's too small?...**** 'hed be the first one to be a seven div titlst if he wins.....dont you think he deserved everything no matter what happens now?.....

The rules of boxing define weight class by weigh-in weight, and by the rules of boxing, Pac is only moving up less that one division. If he can't be competitive less than a division above his own natural weight class, he shouldn't be in the P4P lists at all, never mind being rated #1.
The reason that Pac being a natural 140 lber is kind of a smoke screen is because he has only had fights against De La Hoya and Hatton which have not tested him at all. Hatton was rocked by a washed up Lightweight in Lazcano and De La Hoya was busted up against little Steve Forbes.

I do agree that Cotto has fought the harder opposition than Pac. That is why it is going to make him look like a discgrace if he can't beat Pac.
