Crawford has made it plain, the $$$ mean much more to him than anything else. Not saying he's wrong to do that, after all it's prizefighting, but that's his agenda.Comment

 ———-
And Spence? Seeing as this thread is about the both of them? What greats has Spence fought? Which one of them is a 3 weight world champion and an undisputed world champion?

It seems alot of ppl want to trash Crawford all they can and say nothing about Spence who has done hardly anything compared to Crawford career wise.
Crawford started his career at 135. He of course became a champion there. Can you name two HoF guys he beat at 135?

He then moved up to 140 and unified the division. No one denies that. How many HoF guys did he beat there?
He then moved to 147 to claim a belt from Jeff Horn who got a got a gift vs PAC. After that, Crawford has fought a bunch of nobodies (Khan, Brook, Kavaliuskas etc).

Spence started at 147 and is still campaigning there. So, your three weight argument is just you showing your ignorance of facts.
Crawford is fighting a guy that Spence already fought.
Spence’s career thus far is not worthy of HoF status but he’s had better fights at 147 than Crawford. If he’s eye is fully healed, he’ll most likely end up with a better record at 147 and will love to 154 after that.

Crawford is a skillful fighter and I think him and Spence are evenly matched but to rag on about a nonexistent record at 147 is just dumb.Comment

How is me saying Crawford is a 3 weight world champion and Spence isn't showing ignorance of facts when the FACT is EXACTLY that?———-

How many Hall of famers has Crawford fought? How many Hall of famers were world champions at the weight Crawford was collecting World titles off? Who did he miss?

And how many Hall of famers has Spence fought? Your arguments are seriously unbalanced and seriously biased.. All I ever ask is both fighters are dragged through the same fire.Comment

Man... that is scary spot on. He has no top moments against anything above just decent, "B" level fighters. And considering the respect level most in the boxing circles have for him it is a harsh reality. But he will be forgotten, just like you say unless he turns things around quickly. An answer to the trivia question of "who was the first 140 unified champ in the 4 belt error".Comment

That was four years ago. In four years within the WW division he hasn’t done much at all. Sure he’ll make the HOF. Hell, almost any boxer can make the HOF but his legacy will be nonexistent.Comment

Neither are truly HOF worthy if we’re being honest. Unifying off vacant titles in my book isn’t HOF worthy. But then again who am I to judge since they truly let anyone into boxing HOF anyway. It’s a joke.

Spence has already beaten Porter and taken his belt. Crawford's next opponent has been beaten by Spence, Thurman and Brook yet everyone is over the moon that Crawford finally has a test. such is the dog Sh*it opponents he has been fed his entire career. imagine beating indongo to become undisputed. That indongo was later beaten by Prograis in 2 rounds . Let Crawford beat someone of note then you can pump those gums, until then, quiet( BIG T voice) Spence has already beaten Porter and taken his belt. Lmao, this sounds like a duck talk.

Man didn't even want to fight Porter. The sanctioning body had to FORCE Crawford to fight Porter ffs.

I don't think Crawford really wants to box like that. He just wants to make some money and leave it at that. That's what it is looking like out of him.Comment
