All good opponents, at this stage id say GGG would be the weakest due to the point that he is at in his career right now, see how much he has left vs Murata plus he would have to come up a weight to get the trilogy. Id happily watch any of them names mentiond at smw.

Plant wasnt ppv worthy either. Guy wasnt even competitive. Maybe won 2 rounds? Khan was worthy of ppv? At the least Beterbiev is a unified champ at 175 and probably Sauls biggest competition. Benavidez would be a decent fight.

        SMDH.
Yes, that is so true! The ironic part about it is that most of the PBC's current roster is largely comprised of Mexican fighters. Also, Al Haymon did right by Canelo this time too.

He has paid him more money than any of his current black fighters on his roster and yet many racist boxing fans have the nerve to accuse of him being partial and biased toward his chocolate fighters.

But then GGG looked like ass vs. Dervy in 2019, only 1 fight in 2020, and only 1 fight in 2021. "The Thrill is Gone!" He'll be 40 in April!

Real or Not: Canelo Alvarez will beat GGG at 168

Coppinger: Twenty-four rounds couldn't separate them, but if they meet a third time, we'll finally get a definitive winner. And it'll be Canelo who comes out on top, via decision. Alvarez is peaking (and active), while GGG fought only once last year and will fight once in 2021, too.

Assuming Golovin takes care of Murata on Dec. 29 as expected, it makes all the sense in the world for GGG to finally leave middleweight behind and move to 168, where Alvarez is the undisputed champion.

Golovkin is now 39 and past his best days, but he proved in two fights that he has the right style to contend with Alvarez. He also has a granite chin, one Canelo hasn't been able to chip away at.

Alvarez would be a decided favorite this time around, and with good reason. His relentless pressure style was far too much for Billy Joe Saunders and Plant, and he has won world titles at light heavyweight, too. But if GGG has one great fight left in him, he has a chance to test Alvarez one more time. Still, it won't be enough, and Alvarez will have some clarity in his only true rivalry.

Real or Not: Is David Benavidez the best super middleweight fighter without a title?

Baby: This one is pretty real. Benavidez is easily the No. 2 fighter in the division behind Alvarez, as evidenced by the ESPN rankings

Benavidez was on the verge of adding a strong win to his resume against Jose Uzcategui before Uzcategui was removed from the fixture following a positive performance-enhancing drug test.

Kyrone Davis won't give Benavidez that boost he's looking for. And Benavidez doesn't have nearly enough leverage to face Canelo. Canelo is at the point where he can pick the best fights after fulfilling his quest to become the undisputed super middleweight champion.

Benavidez needs better wins on his resume to match what the eye test tells us. He has all the tools to be a true 168-pound champion. But right now, he represents all the risk with little reward for someone at the peak like Canelo.

Can a change in weight shift the balance in a Canelo-GGG rematch? And is making Tommy Fury change his name if he loses a step too far for Jake Paul?

I think Canelo beats Charlo easily. I think Benavidez would be tougher. I think they are a step up from Saunders, Smith, and Plant, though. I understand that everybody wants to see him go to 175, but he's at a big size disadvantage there. Part of the continued relationship between PBC and Canelo depends on how the event went sales-wise with the Plant fight. We know Canelo got paid. Did PBC make any money? They aren't going to be satisfied with just breaking even.

Oh by the way, Canelo will destroy Charlo if the new normal is how Charlo looked in his last fight. He is destroying his career sweating down to middleweight

Yet Canelo still grossed more than $40M for that fight and it was a Low risk/High reward fight too. So tell me how much money do you believe that Top Rank is willing to pay Canelo to fight Beterbiev?

I am listening; However, I can guarantee you that it won't be nowhere near $40M and Beterbiev is a High risk/Low reward fighter too. As a businessman I wouldn't even waste my time on that fight; Legacy be damned!

Also, the very thing can be said about Canelo facing Bivol too; Which is another High risk/Low reward fight.
