Smith would reck plant. Smith has more power, landed better shots on Canelo, and lasted all 12 rds even with an injury.

Plant does not throw any punches hardly and when he does they do nothing. it is horrible to watch a fight he is in. he lasted that long being without throwing punches canelo could not counter

Plant can beat all other guys. Plant -Saunders would be a good one.

It would be tactical that's for sure with lots of movement, feints, jabs and the occasional power punch or combination. Not sure how much action there would be however. Some would enjoy the chess match and others would not.

Not sure what's next for Plant. I imagine he will look to pick up a strap if Canelo vacates.

As for Canelo, I think part of it depends on the PPV numbers. I don't think he wants to face Benavidez, I suspect if PBC will try to get him to go with the Charlo fight. If he doesn't do Charlo then I expect him to go the Bivol route.
