Canelo is almost a foot shorter, with 12 inches less reach. Meaning when Canelo has to lunge with a left hook, he has to cover an additional 12 inches in ground, punching upwards to hit him. And, any counter Canelo throws will have to cover enough ground, both upwards and straight to hit AJ. When AJ throws a jab, he's already a foot arms length away, and his face is a foot up vertically.

I'm basically saying this to you to let you know that size matters....size always mattered, especially when its that significant in boxing
