Plant doesn’t have enough mustard to get the respect he’d need. Great defensive boxer, but the wood chipper was a buzzing away. Enjoy that 10 million, Caleb.

Delusional bruh. Canelo took over the fight after the 5th round and started to wear him down after the 5th round. Plant felt the power and the body shots did damage.

Canelo did not respect his power because he knew he couldn't hurt him.

            What were the scores?

I don’t even think Plant won 1 rd after the 3rd. He might’ve made a case for himself in one of the later rds. The most I could give Plant was 3 rds tops.

To beat Canelo, you have to at least earn his respect and land some counters with pop.
Exactly how I saw it. 3 or 4 rounds, but didn’t give Canelo any reason to fear getting hit.

Really good fight. Most of y'all dont know **** about boxing. Plant boxed beautifully but needed way more volume to stop the Nelo train, but Plant's boxing ability is great. Also Great combination by Nelo that put him down the first time.

It was too mediocre in attack and in counterpunch.

Hater, you said Plant will outbox Canelo.
Surviving and being dominated and mediocre was what Callum Smith did.

Plant was somehow competitive grabbing some rounds.

Plant was Nelo's hardest fight at 168 IMO

plant did well early as expected hit and not get hit, jab control the range, finds some counters, but he’s stance keeps his left hands down and was eating body shots alot, and canelo is especially good at this two punchs, late tko as expected, ended with the left hook finally.

Canelo just said he wants to stay at super middleweight and defend against Charlo and Benevidez…..Canelo is now a PBC fighter
