To be fair though, if Floyd could read he probably would have became an ATG librarian instead of an ATG boxer. Being illiterate kind of forced him in to go in one direction.

He wouldn't have become the richest boxer of all-time, but he would get satisfaction of recommending classic literature like The Outsiders and Catcher in the Rye to young juveniles who have more of an interest in books than the "bling bling" lifestyle.

Funny how life works out.

I wasn't a Floyd Mayweather fan until he beat Saul Canelo Alvarez. I remember my friends stating
Floyd was crazy thinking HBO would agree to pay 5 million per fight. How wrong we were. 5 million
rapidly became a low number. Floyd proved himself in the ring and is now enjoying the fruits of his
labor. But most importantly Floyd sounds and looks healthy.

I tell all my business clients as their accountant, "It's not how much you make that matters, it's
how much you legally get to keep that's important'. Mike Tyson was also mentioned but money
seemed to curse him.

Credit to the man. That man worked harder in the gym than anybody else(Canelo is on par with the work ethic and will probably be on that list sometime in the future). As narcissistic as he is, he deserves his flowers for all the work he put in.
