I totally agree with these two reasons. And IMO, Chris is not scared of Wlad and can adjust to fighting overseas.

As for #3. Yes. there is no reason for Byrd to fight Wlad. He would like to fight Vitali for the WBC belt. That or he can make Ruiz look ****** and take the WBA.
