IF I had to decided which to purchase, I'd go with UFC all day long. I am a bigger boxing fan then UFC by 10 fold, but the value is much better for UFC. I pay for a streaming service that gets me all the PPV's. I will watch the UFC event exclusively and like others have mentioned, the Canelo-Plant event probably wont start until the UFC event is over, in which case I will just switch over to boxing.

If UFC outsells Canelo, what does that say about boxing?

I heard Canelo will wait too until that fight is over before going to the ring for his fight

Its already happened multiple times tbf. Conor/Khabib did more buys than both Canelo/GGG fights combined.

I do think people are underselling Canelo/Plant a little here though. Based on Canelos PPV track record, Plant being a flashy undefeated American and the face off confrontation this should do well. I expect the UFC to do 600-700k, MAYBE up to 800k. I think it will be close, but if the UFC DOES blow away Canelo/Plant like many here are suggesting it will, that is a pretty bad L for boxing tbh, because we are talking about the biggest draw in boxing in probably his biggest fight since 2018, whereas the UFC can put out PPVs like this one every few months, it aint even Conor.

My sentiments exactly. I think the UFC will do 800k-900k, where Canelo-Plant may do 600k. Hard to say because both are on the same night forcing fans/casuals to decide which one to purchase. Like you said, if UFC's #'s blow Boxing's #'s out of the water, it'll be a big L for boxing.

Tough decision, I'll probably end up buying both, but ESPN app has been very trash lately can't even stream a normal event it just wants to play the highlighted events of the day some ****** previews of soccer or college football games and it wont go to my desired event lol

People coming to my crib to watch only care about Canelo, I'm really hyped evenly for Usman vs Colby n the Nelo fight maybe a slight edge for the UFC, I'm super hyped for the UFC card, for the PBC I probably won't even watch very disgraceful undercard but I guess Nelo took all the budget small sacrifice for an intriguing match up
