It's got to be Usyk. Sure, if Canelo beats Plant those are two quality wins but he was the favourite in both of those. Usyk beating the odds to dethrone one of the heavyweight kingpins after coming up in weight from Cruiser is a monumental achievement, and that's saying nothing of the tremendous skill, focus and guts he showed to do it.

I think Fury v Wilder has to be fight of the year, but Fury was the heavy favourite in that so I don't think it's a fighter of the year kind of performance even though it was very good.
