This will never happen in a million years.

No way Tank is fighting anyone with a pulse for this fight and no way that Haney fights him on short notice.

boxing has got to stop the bullshxt

JoJo will man up. He's a warrior. The bigger and more important news for me is that these promoters will actually be working together. If true, this could also open the door for GBP to get some deal with Showtime, and for PBC and GBP to quash their beef and work together.

Haney and Hearn have put it out there.

Now the ball is in Tank's court. Let's see if he accepts the challenge.

Tank is fighting Isaac Cruz. Haney is fighting Jojo Diaz. Hearn likes to hear himself talk...

Tank's name is being used to get JOJO to sign contract to fight Haney and not
              change current fight terms.

They would never accept Haney in the first place......... He out boxed Linares. Linares has taken some losses but i have never seen him out boxed the way Haney out boxed him. even His fight with Loma was more competitive . Although Loma did stop him

I wouldn't hold my breath, although I was surprised to see Colbert vs. Gutierrez get done without a purse bid:

Roger Gutierrez, Chris Colbert Reach Terms For Title Fight, Avoid Purse Bid Hearing

Both sides confirmed with BoxingScene.com that a deal is in place, though the fight remains without a date or location at present time. Gutierrez is promoted by Golden Boy Promotions, while Brooklyn’s Colbert fights under the Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) banner and was represented by TGB Promotions in negotiations for this bout.

The respective teams for Roger Gutierrez and Chris Colbert were able to put extra time to good use. BoxingScene.com has learned that deal was reached between the pair of junior lightweights, thus avoiding a purse bid hearing that was scheduled for Monday to have determined promotional rights to the ordered WBA “Super” title fight. Two separate deadlines passed without the two sides coming to an agreement, though managing to come to terms at the eleventh hour to avoid the fight being made available to all WBA-registered promoters.

Roger Gutierrez vs Chris Colbert targeted for February 19th on Showtime

Dan Rafael reports that WBA “world” super featherweight champion Roger Gutierrez and interim champion Chris Colbert, whom the sanctioning body ordered to fight for the now-vacant “super” title earlier this year, are “penciled in” to fight February 19th on Showtime.
