He looks like he has more potential than Crawford to be honest. Their defensive skills aren’t polished and great, but overall, Ennis looks naturally more talented.

And don't be a revisionist,Ggg was the idiot who thought he was going to strongarm Canelo into giving him 45% by forcing a pursebid while he was in middle of a trial(a trial that put his career on hold because he didn't know what was even going to happen with 2 promoters)

Ggg had a gifted jr title & still was demanding half or close to it v the cashcow who had no reason to give in to a no names demands(who hadn't even fought anyone to be worth the trouble)

Ggg has willingly wasted at least 5 yrs of his own career & counting....by his own decisions.

Look at Canelos jmw 155 fights & name someone besides Khan that didn't benefit as much from the extra pound cw as Canelo did. You can't because they were against big jmws who wanted fights at 155 & whom were considered favorites over Canelo by many.

He gave up the belts to fight the almighty Beefy and Khan and Jr instead of G....he was truly "fuc.kin around"

Going by the eye test, Boots looks more impressive than both Spence and Crawford. He has yet to fight a live body though.

              - -Canelo gave up the WBC because of dispute with Mauricio trying to tell him who and when to fight and for what purse. And yeah, GB signed him illegally, so the court ended up ruling damages that cost Canelo $5 mil out of pocket.

So, once he made up with Mauricio and was free of the lawsuit he fought GGG who has been squealing with his fans like stuck pigs ever since. I was a fan of both and never like to see those kind of fights, but it is what it is as GGG has managed to make himself irrelevant over his mess with no cleanup in sight.
