Is Wilder’s career over?

If he wants to fight on then he will get big fights, he's marketable now and I imagine he's at the stage where he will want to cash out rather than rebuild with 40+ fights.
He won't ever do it because he has an unreasonable dislike of Hearn (like many!), but he should sign for Matchroom or at least DAZN. A lot of good fights to be made in that stable. Even with the likes of Whyte off a loss or Chisora if they couldn't make AJ. I bet Eddie would be more than happy to make a deal.
Like any fighter, if he doesn't have the desire anymore though, he should quit.Comment

I agree, I think Wilder probably knocks everyone else out bar Usyk. I think he knocks AJ out, I always have, I just think it’s a case of styles make fights.Wilder vs Joshua is still a fight folks will pay for if Wilder is looking for a last hurrah.
But, the truth is that Deontay is one highlight reel KO away from getting any fights he wants.
If he wants to keep fighting, he definitely can.
I think Fury has the truth of it...just because Wilder hasn't figured out how to beat Tyson doesn't mean Deontay won't spark EVERYBODY ELSE out.Comment

I called him a nonce a year or so back and he’s not let it go, it obviously struck a chord with him… truth hurts.
He was trying to claim Dillian Whyte had fought tougher competition than Carl Froch in another thread so naturally I called him out on his BS and now he’s making threads about me. F***ing weirdo.

The aura of his is gone and his potential of being the one and only heavyweight of this era or being this potentially ATG heavyweight is gone. He’s going to be 38 next year and he’s never going to beat anyone with a pulse.
He fought 40 bums in 45 fights and had no single unification fight.
I think he needs following fights to complete his legacy as the biggest bums beating bum in HW history:
Molina 2
Duahapas 2
Spilzka 2
Ortiz 3
Stiverne 3
Breazeale 2
P.S: watch Wilder fans led by the dirty nonce, RJJ-Nonce stalk the thread.
But there are still fights out there for him to make and generate good money for him.
He can still get some highlight KO’s but that aura of invincibility is gone and heavyweights won’t be as hesitant to exchange with him which will result in them getting KO’d or wilder getting KO’d.

Aura or self-impose delusions of grandeur? Only muppets thought a one-trick pony windmill knocking off bums was invincible. Those of us who know boxing and actually boxed know he’s a bum that will get sparked by the first decent HW he gets in the ring with.

BTW, I picked Fury to spark him in their second fight.Comment

Your statement gave me a good laugh.
Look I’m with you on how he was overly perceived by some but his windmills were a thing of beauty.
BTW, when and where did you box and how many pro fights did you have?
