Time for Dunkin to open up the coffers and get him some better opposition. These undersized opponents do nothing for him once he's able to step up and has to face some adversity.

That's where Ortiz is far ahead of him,on experience. Roberto Diaz has done a great job with his matchmaking, giving Ortiz different looks with each opponent and a progression you can see...Orozco/Herrera with their craftiness,Hooker with his height/reach and then Kava with his size, countering ability and power. All fights that stylistically posed some problems that will benefit him in the long run and that's where Boots's management is falling short.Let's see if either team can entice Danny,Thurman or maybe even Porter down the line as those guys are the next tier up and the progression they need.

They're not gonna want to fight you because you're 27-0 w 25 KOs and you're not popular like Vergil Ortiz Jr.! Hopefully the IBF or WBC gives you an final eliminator! First things first, destroy Dulorme!

You must have reading comprehension issues if that's how you interpreted this interview.

Geez, really Boots? Your win/ko over Lipinets is suppose generate fear in people. That’s funny.

Boots is a solid fighter with a big upside but please slow down with over talking a win over a 3rd tier fighter.

Don’t forget, Mikey “no frills and no excitement to his game” Garcia utterly dominated the same guy.

I love seeing the hypocrisy when it comes to certain fighters. Boots looks solid won't lie but if Shakur needs to sell to see a guy he's been following around then let's hold Boots to the same standard

This dude needs to talk his way to a big fight. Ko'ing an undersized fighter like lipnets isn't impressive.

Perhaps the main fight in the welterweight division, or a divison up, will be Crawford vs Ennis, not Crawford vs Spence.
no one is born with talent. All talent is developed. There isn't a person alive that's born and you can keep him/her away from boxing, then put them in the ring at 20 years old and that person has skill to be a world champion.

I don’t get excited about KO artists much. They have to be proven at the top level.

I am not sure why, but Ennis rise reminds me exactly of Mike Jones, who’s career was essentially and ironically ended by a journeyman KO artist Randall Bailey.

I doubt any top fighter or hardcore boxing fan really cares about Ennis stopping Lipenits. Lipinets at one point was top 10 at 140, 4-5 years ago. Some fans accused Mikey Garcia of ducking him. Then Mikey beat him and Lipinets basically has been in the background ever since.

Lipinets could have been KO’ed by literally anyone, and no one would care.

I will give him this, it’s a notable decent win? Not sure who Ennis thinks he just beat.

Lipinets is considered a boogeyman by Ennis' standards.
