Mayweather ducked everyone with a style that would give him problems. The cherry picking almost went wrong against Corrales, Zab Judah and Maidana but he survived. However, one thing I’ll give him credit is his ability to perform better in rematches.

Imagine a Mayweather who wanted to emulate Ali by fighting everyone and fighting outside Vegas - what would his record look like? I’d say there will be 3 losses on his record.

So when talking about top-3 GOATs in boxing - always mention these 3 before debating if Mayweather belongs in the top-10 or not (I have him 9 on my list): Ali, Ray Robinson, Ray Leonard.
He cherry picked Corrales and zab Judah? Many people thought Zab judah would win. I actually thought Zab was better than Mayweather at the time its just his stamina was dog ****.

The Cherry picking if you want to call it that started later in his career when he had no fists. He was the architect of his own career at that stage but who did he duck that you feel he would have 3 losses on his belt if he pursued?

Floyd was bigger than the belts. For example at 147, there was often a lot of fighters holding belts that nobody wanted to see Floyd fight, such as Malignaggi, Senchenko, etc. Then the WBO for a while was just moving back and forward in house at Top Rank.

So would you rather see Floyd moving up fighting guys like Cotto and Canelo, or chasing an alphabet title fight with Senchenko? - he took the better fights.

undisputed would mean something if average fighters weren’t picking up world titles because theres too many

You can’t go through 5 divisions without establishing yourself as being the undisputed best in any of them. It’s called: cherry picking and avoiding dangerous fight.

Even Crawford has achieved more than Floyd in the regard and if he can become undisputed at 147 and beat Josh Taylor - he’s GREATER than Mayweather.

Floyd Mayweather’s unbeaten record is almost as trash as Rocky Marciano’s unbeaten record. You don’t see people calling Marciano the GOAT. Same is applicable to Mayweather albeit he’s greater than Pacman because he beat him and they’re the same era.
Who did Crawford beat to become undisputed at 140lbs. Amir Khan could have achieved that, even with his glass chin. Its not just Who Mayweather has beat its the ease in which he has beaten these Champions. Baring3/4 fights his career has been a cake walk

At no point in Zab Judah and Corrales’ career were they ever on the same level as Mayweather.

Zab was more of hype than substance due to his street connections in Brooklyn. And the only reason people thought he’d give Mayweather problems is because he’s a southpaw.

Stop it - Zab already got brutally beaten by Tszyu with chicken leg meme. And was coming off a loss against Baldimir. Why would anyone think he can beat Mayweather?

And who did Corrales beat apart from Manfredy from Ray Leonard’s Reality TV that anyone would pick him to beat Mayweather?

How would Amir Khan who got knocked senseless by Briedis achieve that?

Bud showed he was the undisputed best in a division - something Mayweather never did in his career.

Why didn’t Mayweather fight Cotto before he was ruined by Margarito? Paul Williams before the bike accident? Even Mosley before he was washed? I go on.
