I know that is true. But Pavlik has made the elbow excuse up and the bronchitis excuse up. He won't give Hopkins the credit he deserves for beating him. He wanted to pass up Hopkins on the ATG Middleweight list and he knows he can't now. It is eating him up inside.

Arum would say anything to try and discredit his comp(GBP). Maybe Pav didn't have the staph infection before Hopkins humiliated him but a beating like that could have caused it and many other problems including more hair loss. I would be willing to bet that if B-hop grew it out at 44 he would have considerably more hair on his head than Pav ever did.

Nobody carries a staph infection around that long in their body. Simply put they would end up with blood poisoning and die.

If he is prone to reoccurring infections, then it could be a sign of someone very unhealthy.

replace all their references to "infection" and replace them with "intoxication" and then everything starts to make more sense.
