Hard to tell based on his level of competition. He never fought a prime HOF in his prime and now he’s 34.

This fight might retire Porter as a boxer. His dirty tactics are a cover for lack of skills. I had even Ugas beating him in a close fight. Bud is a level above all the guys you mentioned.
