Mayweather isn't a big WW, and we know that Marquez isn't even a legitimate WW. With that said, do you think the size difference will be ridiculous, or just noticeable but nothing out of hand. I don't think it'll be too bad.

I think May weighs in at 143.5, Marq at 143.
On fight night, May is 149, Marq is 146.

When did JMM fight Paq last? Spring of 2008? So that's about 18 months? Well, JMM was 141 on fight night for Pac II. He would have gained about 5-6 lbs in a year and a half.

The size difference will be 4-5 pounds. FUCKING MISMATCH! More unfair that Mayweather is coming off a 2 year layoff.

thats pretty accurate, mayweather doesnt tend to throw on that much weight on fight night.

the fact that jmm has not fought above the 135 lbs limit means floyd has a distinct advantage.

have you seen the stare down pick w/ floyd and jmm? jmm looks much smaller in that picture.

The reason that people are reluctant to discuss this is because there is a sizeable contingent that would prefer to portray Floyd as being two divisions bigger than Marquez. I'm not sure why.

For their last fight, Pacquiao had a four pound weight advantage over JMM on fight night. I'll be watching to see what the "pounds delta" is in this matchup.

BTW, I wouuld suggest a poll.

              1-3 lbs
              4-5 lbs
              6-8 lbs
              9+ lbs

Most here are thinking like casual boxing fans. A true boxing fan shouldn't be fooled.
