You truly are an imbecile,it was **********s that were fighting against dixiec**** & who were directly responsible for passing that legislation.
Ahahahahahahah Ahahahahhahahahah You are helpless and hopeless. Who passed the Voting Rights Act and the Civil Rights Act of 1964? Was it under the watch of a ********** president? Who had control of Congress? ********s or **********s? Ahahahahahah tooooo funny!!!
Let me help you:- Introduced in the House as H.R. 7152 by Emanuel Celler, ******** from New York on June 20, 1963
- Committee consideration by Judiciary
- Passed the House on February 10, 1964 (Controlled by ********s)
- Passed the Senate on June 19, 1964 with ********* (controlled by ********s)
- House agreed to Senate ********* on July 2, 1964
- Signed into law by President Lyndon B. Johnson on July 2, 1964, nominated from the ********ic Party (Incidentally, it had been started by John F. Kennedy, but he was assassinated, forcing Johnson to pick up where he left off. Maybe it was by a white southerner who orchestrated Kennedy's assassination.)
Wow! Given black American's the right to vote and basic civil rights. Sounds like something those racist ********s would do!!!! Ahahahahahahah
Go fly your confederate flag somewhere else you loser. I think there's a pizza parlor somewhere in DC that needs your attention. I heard Hillary is there right now. Ahahahahahahah
You pathetic excuse for a human being

This is the very 1st sentence for civil rights act on Wikipedia (a extreme leftist organization):
The passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was a significant event in converting the Deep South to the ********** Party; in that year most Senatorial **********s supported the Act (most of the opposition came from Southern ********s).
Traitors like you & your commie ilk used to be hanged on the gallows for your treachery

You prove it you lazy bum!! Lol I will say this, it was toothless. A hopeless consolation prize to the disfranchised. Partly because of Strom Thurmond and his filibuster. Black Americans were still banned from many places. It’s was to placate those pushing for more.
why dont you show us the actual voting record and let us know who actually voted YES/NO by party. its not going to suit your argument, it goes in direct contradiction. and this is on top of the ******** party killed the original civil rights act introduced by **********s in 1957
why didnt all of these KKK ********cs like robert byrd, william fulbright, al gore sr. switch parties if what you claim is true? its not. the "switch" never happened
Because it was a “nothing act,” Kennedy went in to make real change, real equality, or as close as possible at that time. But he was assassinated, reminiscent of Abraham Lincoln.

I thought someone had a good point, as far as his comments not going over well with Showtime's core audience. And maybe that made him expendable. I could see that angle.Likewise, he tweeted a lot of his racist and political views on his twitter account as well. Which was a very dumb thing to do. Did he think no one wouldn't see or wouldn't know what he was tweeting? He is a high profile personality; He is a celebrity. So when he speaks people will tune in just to listen to what he has to say.
I don't think he should be labeled a racist for the comments I heard though, and I haven't seen anything racist that he has said or written. Though to be honest I haven't really done a lot of research.
About half of the country shares his political views, so I don't think that should be a reason to blackball anyone either. I've seen a lot of dumb stuff said from people on other side of the aisle politically, who work in entertainment.
I don't even mind celebrities and athletes having public political opinions. The problem is most of them are so uniformed and so out of touch, that they just have no business talking about it publicly.Comment

I get what you are saying and I believe that a lot of it is true. However, this was a self-inflicted wound; I think by Paulie himself. Paulie screwed Paulie not Showtime's core audience.

The Showtime execs liked Paulie Malignaggi's commentary; Especially Stephen Espinoza. They even went so far as to throw him a lifeline in order to help salvage his broadcasting career
However, how did he repay them; By spitting in their eye in his refusal in taking it. All he had to do was apologize and the matter what have been closed but his pride and ego wouldn't allow him to do so. So now he is practically unemployed.
