I like reading the arguments which are always the same. Still funny as hell. They say Porter isn't a big puncher and i agree. However neither was Tyson Fury. The first time he ko'd Wilder we were expecting a ud. Then he ko'd his ass again. How did that happen? It was because Wilder wasn't use to being hit constantly. Fury touched him and frustrated him. Wilder wasn't in the condition to throw crazy bombs for a whole fight. Ortiz did the same thing to Wilder but probably doesn't have a high enough motor to sustain it. Point is even Crawford could be stopped if Porter wears on him and touches him. All of a sudden that right hand hurts a bit more. **** i didn't expect porter to stop Berto. If Crawfish can ko Porter you can say he's a legit threat at 147. Still can't claim p4p status to me. You have to beat the best to be p4p. Porter would be the best win of his career. Although all his fights with other top PBC wws were close.

In the Porter win Spence had the ref in his pocket and was allowed to throw ~50-75 low blows without warning or punishment. Spence has yet to fight a legitimate prime opponent and has actively avoided an available opponent in Crawford because he's Top Rank and he's black...and Spence apparently doesn't want to fight CERTAIN black fighters.
LMFAO

Those two got a better resume than Bud and am not crapping on Bud, am just using your logic against you. And how many black fighters has Bud fought at welterweight? Answer would be zero. So u are totally illogical, contradictory and all in your feelings so pls tell me who don't DKSAB
People like to throw labels around for unknown reasons. What has Porter or Spence done to be labeled SPECIAL? They're both still in their FIRST WEIGHT DIVISION. Despite approaching their MID 30's NEITHER Porter nor Spence has conquered their LONE WEIGHT DIVISION. Both guys, 30 fights or so, STILL NOT BEST OF THEIR ONLY WEIGHT DIVISION.
Neither Spence or Porter are special. Spence's BEST ACHIEVEMENT is getting the best of OLD FLOYD MAYWEATHER in SPARRING. WOW. If only that meant a damn thing..........................
Meanwhile Crawford is 1 of 9 or 10 boxers to EVER completely unify ANY weight class. That's a real achievement. Crawford was the "man" at 135 before moving up and has done nothing but dominate his entire career. He's PFP #1-3 because he's never had one single close fight. Takes on all challengers including different promotions (see Amir Khan and Shawn Porter) and just keeps winning.
Crawford, thus far, is SPECIAL. Spence and Porter - not so much. Maybe when Spence or Porter unify one division or become multi-division champs that discussion can be had but until then it's a lot of noise for...what?

See unlike u I believe both guys can be special even without having fought each other yet and this narrative about Spence ducking is just not true. Spence has all the leverage, he don't need to do the chasing. Crawford is the one that needs to apply pressure on his promoter but he can't cos even his own promoter openly said he loses money on him every time he fights and Crawford isn't taking less money but you expect Spence to be the one making the concession being the only unified one, the marketable and the one with the options while Crawford has little to none. Come on man, be logical.
Anybody can prop up or tear down resumes but prevailing facts often gets lost in all those emotions so all this stuff about unifying and all is irrelevant. Most unify if it is a bigger fight or they have no option of a bigger fight. We often know who is the man in every division, we don't need unifications and making sanctioning bodies rich to make that determination. You want to blame someone, blame Crawford for resigning with Top rank despite already having issues securing the so called fights he was clamoring for despite his promoter having not delivered those fights. Did he really want these fights? One can argue him saying he is the A side to Spence is a way of ducking cos the world know he clearly isn't. Same guy who was in position to fight Pacquaio earlier on but wants to set the terms of the fight, some will call that ducking. Thats the difference btw our view points, mines are facts based, yours is all full of emotion esp u saying somebody is ducking a black fighter etc when same can be said from Crawford.Rec28 likes this.

No one of reckon, if we are being honest. Sure they are champs and he did what he had to do. Name me one person on that list that Errol Spence will not comprehensively dominate the same way Bud did, u won't be able to.
Porter has beaten Danny Garcia and a shot to shit Malignaggi. Adrien Broner isn't worth mentioning.
Spence has beaten Porter and Danny Garcia. He threw about 50 low blows which want unpenalized and unwarned against Porter. Spence also has AMAZING wins over shot to shit Peterson and Algieri. Oh yeah and Spence drug 135 pound champ Mikey Garcia up to 147 and shut him out in a decision.......couldn't even hurt the midget. Spence beat Kell Brook after he went up 13 pounds, suffered first loss, had facial surgery, then lost 13 pounds...in a fight that 4-4 after 8 rounds until Brook faded because, guess what, going up and down 2 divisions is horrible for stamina. So, Spence had an AMAZING win vs Kell Brook lmfao
Yeah, I'll take Crawford resume over that garbage any day
The difference between Crawford and Spence, Porter, Thurman, and Danny Garcia is that Crawford has been actively trying to fight PBC while NONE of them have wanted the fight. Porter is the first guy to step up and accept the challenge. Thurman and Spence teased Crawford for being in a different promotional company as if its impossible to fight someone not under the same banner ???????????????????????????????????????? Thurman then demanded $10M to fight Crawford even though he got $2-3M to fight Pacman ????????????????????? Spence said he can't fight Crawford because Terrence is African American ??????????????????????????????? Crawford offered Danny Garcia a career high payday in April, 2019, and what would've been his FIRST headline show on a PPV event...Danny fought Granados for $1M flat?????????????????????????????????????????????? ?
Crawford can't hold a gun to these guys heads and force them to get in the ring. The PBC ladies have collectively held out and refused to fight him.
Crawford is special. In a 1-belt era Crawford would've already beaten them all but in this 4-5 belt era some of them are "champions"...has me CTFU
