I’d confidently pick Valdez to wreck the featherfisted bum Shakur. I saw absolutely nothing special from him last night…he’s basically a feather fisted Broner. Both trash. Valdez wrecks him at 130 and Lopez and García annihilate him at 135…never mind the big dog at 147 Vergil Ortiz.
Shakur is Trash

I wouldn't go so far as to say that he is trash, because we had good fundamentals, good hand speed, and seems to have a good boxing iq. The thing is that the fight last night told us nothing. Herring seemed to have no strategy, and after he got hit with the first hard jab,he froze up completely. Even his inside game was trash. One thing that catches my attention is Shakur's lack of power. He was throwing the kitchen sink at herring yesterday, but not once did he look like he was even close to going down. I want to see how the kid reacts to someone who just walks through his power, and lands some leather himself. I think that we'll really see what he has to offer when he gets to 135.Comment

Even though he lacks power, those punches sting and herring was obviously feeling something that he didn’t like. That’s why he didn’t engage as often.I wouldn't go so far as to say that he is trash, because we had good fundamentals, good hand speed, and seems to have a good boxing iq. Nope. Valdez has been tested under pressure, and he has demonstrated heart and grit. Plus, he has real power. Shakur on the other hand seemed extremely uncomfortable when grandpa herring pressured him. Valdez would’ve dispatched of Herri in spectacular fashion while this feather fisted bum got a fake ko. I really hope Arum makes it next so we can see this bum kod in brutal fashion.Comment

Valdez also does better counter punching and not pressing the action. Shakur will pick him apart. Put your personal feelings aside.

Or a banned account. Sounds like kidbazooka given the way he singles out the Hispanics as the only ones who can beat Shakur. In another thread, this guy basically said the Black race should be exterminated.Comment
