Thing is the kronk style was specifically meant to use against Wilder who taunted fury with feather fisted comments. Fury knew he couldn't get decision in America just outboxing wilder and that he had to wear wilder down to take some steam off of Wilders punches and make wilder less fresh in later rounds. Nowat style might not be necessary will fury continue with it?
That’s the thing, It was a very specific style used to beat Wilder and was the absolute correct decision, which is testament to Fury’s understanding of boxing.
If you stand off Wilder boxing him, he stays fresh and there’s always a chance in 36 minutes he can put your lights out. Or you can push him back, although it’s risky, you can turn him into a 4 or 5 round fighter with no ****** left after that. Fighting Wilder is like walking a tightrope, so you simply have to be on the tightrope for as little time as possible, which means not letting him stay fresh while just boxing on the outside.
Fury has beaten Wlad and Wilder in completely different fashions. He really beat Wilder in the first fight in a very different way to the other fights. So it’s obvious he’s going to use a game plan tailored for Usyk. He understands these things because he can do it.
I hate to say this but I agree with Whyte not so much on the punishment, people have become too impressed with the fact he's seems to have shown some pop lately but he's become slower, he's using less feints and defensively he's looked much worse. There was points in this 3rd fight in fact when he got dropped he was just walking forward with his earmuffs on like Jesus Christ, I actually think he's regressed under Sugar Hill, the only improvement I've noticed really is the more authoritative jab beyond that eeehhh.
I think he should leave Sugar behind just like the whole Wilder saga.
Whyte trying to pretend he didn’t deliberately pull out of the fight with Wallin and saying he spent $120,000 on his training camp is obvious BS. As much BS as him trying to convince people that Fury has slowed down enough to believe he has a shot. Wish him and Joshua would just go away and maybe fight each other again in the UK which is the only place anyone would care to see it, and let the real champions in Fury and Usyk fight for all the marbles.
Kronk Fury is not peak Fury, if Tyson Fury fans are honest with themselves 'They will admit this'.
Tyson Fury does not use movement like he used to anymore, and his stamina is completely and utterly overrated. It will only take for the worst to happen, like what happened with Anthony Joshua for Fury's hardcore fans to admit all of this.
That third fight with Deontay Wilder for me, confirmed that Tyson Fury is no longer miles better than his competition. There was a possibility that under Peter Fury, that may have been the case 'Fights that Fury would of found easy under Peter Fury, are now mightily difficult for him'.
Stylistically, Wilder should not of been a struggle. But the trilogy accept for the 2nd fight, was a extreme struggle for Tyson Fury.
I don't think elite fighters in the division now, look at Fury like the way they would perceive 'The Riddler' i.e The version of Fury under Peter Fury.
Tyson Fury is not hard to find, or solve anymore inside the ring 'Ottin Wallin busted him up real good, and Deontay Wilder found him and got to him'.
And yes the media is doing there best to drum into viewers minds that he is some sort of genius. Wilder is a fighter who still telegraphs his punches, and makes big announcements that he is going to hit you with wide punches 'Deontay Wilder landed on Fury, in every single round during the 3rd fight' This is what happened, these are the facts of the action.
Tyson Fury is still ranked number 1, but I do not rank him number 1 by a vast margin. Fury can be hit, he can be found 'And now that he is champion, everyone is coming for him'.
There is a reason why Fury's team, do seem to be skittish over his fellow competitors. I think they aware to themselves, that this Fury is beatable. For all we know, the Wilder fights may have created some sort of illusion, a smoke screen 'Nobody knows for sure'.
Dillian Whyte vs Tyson Fury is a live fight, I don't think it will be a easy fight for Fury.
Note: I see that Tyson Fury fans still continually speak as of Fury, can fight with his old Riddler style. Fury tried to do all of this when he first came back, and his style was not as potent 'That is why Wilder was able to decked him twice in their first fight, and Ottin Wallin busted him up real good'.
Fury gets busted up these days, in every single one of his fights.
Fury isn't throwing those big hooking rights against any other fighter in the division. He hurt Wilder by getting close, safe in the knowledge that Wilder can't punch from that range.
I think Kronk Fury is like putting a Rolls Merlin in a Mustang. Fury went from twitching like a junky, waiting to get timed, to search and destroy. He danced and got dropped, danced some more and got dropped again and then he quit dancing. He tried to dance vs Walin and got cut. Fury is a joker, so he might play with the light work, but why should he go back to being a moving target?
I agree, I don't see what the big rave is I think he has looked awful in recent memory especially under Sugar Hill Steward.
Knockouts blind people and they dismiss obvious signs of slippage.
Frankly I don't rate SHS just because his Uncle was the greatest trainer to ever live don't mean he is any good. I've never heard or seen anything to lead me to suggest he isn't living off the great Manny Stewards name. All I ever hear from him is **** like ''C'mon big dawg, lets knock him out'', ''Kronk style big dawg''. Glorified motivational speaker if you ask me.
First time I've heard from you since the Wilder fight... How are you keeping? do you remember what you were saying to me i Warned you to not get carried away about Wilder
