Who punches harder, Kessler or Froch?

I'd say Froch as he executes his power through poor technique. Kessler has better speed and accuracy, so when he connects.....he will do damage. If Froch had Kessler's skillset with the power he carries, he would be far more deadlier.

Neither men are punchers though in my opinion. Froch has an old-school approach and is more of a wear-you-down type boxer inflicting damage through the rounds through great stamina....although a low output.

Kessler is better in just about every department then Froch except maybe chin.

So basically youre saying Dirrell is a bum? Don't forget that DLH was saved by the judges in what was supposed to be a "tune up" for the big fight with Hopkins.

I thought you were saying Froch can't lose to Dirrell...weren't you? So I made a connection with the DLH-Sturm match in 2004 MW tournament. Dig?

It took him much longer to knock out Taylor than it did Pavlik. Pavlik punches harder for sure.

Taylor said that Pavlik wasn't the hardest puncher he'd ever been in the ring with, giving that honor to Jeff Lacy. He said that Pavlik just threw a LOT of punches. He never said they were weak (obviously, since they KO'd him), but just that the amount was overwhelming.

He said this before the Froch fight, though, so there is a chance he now thinks Froch punches harder than Lacy (or Pavlik).
