The Canelo fan boys are out in full swing. Look for a surprise. Plant's not going down.

Definitely looks like he's been enjoying many cups of green tea.

Canelo is a smart-slick dude inside and outside the ring. He's not a fool/muppet. After Canelo would beat Charlo, Benavidez and Beterbiev/Bivol, pretty much his boxing ATG mexican status will be sealed.

Nice colourful pyjamas. Jokes aside, Canelo is surprisingly quick with his handspeed, maybe not with his footwork but he moves intelligently.

Plant is a live dog, stylistically tough. I just don't know how he looks making the step up, but so far he's been winning easily against less difficult opposition.

I know Mexican fans want to look at Julio Cesar Chavez as like one of the greatest but to be honest and transparent Canelo fights better fighters and multiple divisions and is more dominant although both has had questionable decisions in their favor. I believe when all is said and done he will go down as the best Mexican boxer right there with Salvador Sanchez whom many seem to have forgot about.
