I always thought Haye would win back then. He would've spent all night backing up and being negative, Fury might've tried to box but before long would've started taking risks and Haye would catch him with a bomb. The current version of Fury would beat any version of Haye, but back then he was more flawed.

      Haye never shared that confidence

For the first fight he sliced his eyebrow with a razor 7 days before the fight to get out of the fight and then pulled out of the rescheduled fight too.

Fury, haye too small, fury would’ve just done same tactics like he did vs wilder.

I remember at time I thought fury might win if I had to pick but can't remember who was betting favourite

How would the fight have gone in your opinion?

Would young Fury have been able to walk Haye down and break him? Or would Haye have caught Fury with something big and laid him out?

Fury fan now, but not gonna lie i would’ve picked haye at that point.

Wlad was rightfully the strong favourite going into it. Only a few of us that know boxing knew Fury had the ability to trouble Wlad, which Denium did.

Even though I made bets on here Fury would beat Wlad, I still said Wlad was obviously the favourite and it’ll depend on if Fury could jump in levels. If he could, he would stand a good chance of winning...which he did.

So at least Denium knew Fury could cause Wlad big problems...

your predictions for AJ v Usyk were absolutely embarrassing, saying it was a total mismatch. We all get predictions wrong, but calling AJ v Usyk a mismatch was insane. I told you AJ couldn’t beat him.
You're another one that thinks you are some kind of expert. You picked BJS to beat Canelo FFS.

People may bring up he Wladimir Kiltschko fight, to attempt to discredit David Haye. But in that actual fight, Haye was hardly hit 'A positive from that fight, was that he showed a tremendous defense' and this was a peak Wladimir Kiltschko. Saying that Haye ran all night is complete nonsense, he possibly fought more of a offensive fight than Tyson Fury when he fought Kiltschko.

Nobody states that Fury ran vs Kiltschko, because he won 'But lets be honest, he hardly wanted to engage with Wladimir Kiltschko'.

In 2013, David Haye was still immensely fast, he could box and was technically gifted. Haye would be going up against a 240-250+ pound Tyson Fury, who lets face it? Was not really a big puncher, and I wonder still even now 'Whether Fury's punching power is being execrated due to Wilder's own regression'.

Tyson Fury at the time was seen as a clown, I knew he was a good fighter 'But I just remember at the time, people thinking he was a clumsy fighter'.

The fight would of been ether Fury's coming out party, or he would of been sparked out 'Fury even today is still a innately extremely clumsy fighter'.

Fury at this stage was still the version of himself, I refer to as 'Clumsy kid'.

It is clear from Fury's interviews during the build up, that he was going to come and find David Haye. Fury was going to fight him like he did Steve USS Cunningham.

So ether Fury survives, or gets sparked out.

Sure, but I never said it was a mismatch - I felt Saunders had a good chance to outbox Canelo at times, which he did in some rounds. I still maintain an active Saunders from a few years earlier gives Canelo real problems, win or lose.

But to call AJ v Usyk a mismatch and give a little technical breakdown of why shows how clueless you are about boxing. Like I said, we all get predictions wrong but only the clueless would think fight like that is a mismatch.

If Joshua used his advantages he'd have won easily. If we want to start talking about past opinions should i bump what you thought about Wilder before he signed to fight Fury?

Post what you want, i’ve never rated Wilder as a boxer, massively flawed and a skilled fighter was always going to have a chance beat him.

When it comes to Wilder v Fury, I was never 100% sure Fury would win the first fight after the comeback, there was always a chance Fury might never have been the same, even after the two warm up’s. I always said there’s a chance Fury might get chinned. He almost did, that wasn’t a 100% Fury still.

I’ve still always thought Wilder would beat a big static target like AJ though.
