Actually, he changed his mind and said use a Walmart Visa gift card instead. I was out yesterday and Target was the closest store to me as I was driving. Visa Gift cards can be purchased anywhere and can be used at any store at any location in the world who has the Visa logo. Just .use the card and try it.. Make a purchase on Amazon and watch how It works. It's like a prepaid credit card.
