Why does BUD allow Duran, SRL, Hearns move UP in weight to 168, but he stays at 147?

do you have trouble with english, or do you really think an unborn crawford was the matchmaker for four horsemen fights??

leonard moved up to 160 after retiring and waiting for marvin hagler to slow down. duran moved up for the money. hearns moved up in part because he had to. making 147 and fighting that night was killing him. even at 154 lbs he was losing a lot of weight in the gym. he's 6'1" and has shoulders like a cruiserweight.

crawford is at 147 for a megafight with spence. they wanted pacquiao for a number of years while he was with arum.

unfortunately boxing is having a ton of problems adjusting to the 21st century and nobody is buying ppv anymore. the megafights are not delivering top dollar right now. so guys are fighting cans and waiting out covid and waiting for the pieces to settle. ppv should be 10-20 bucks. easy as hell to watch on any device. fights should start on time on a clock. iu don't care if there's a fight before. have them finish after the main. those fights don't mean anything to almost everybody. you're cutting off your nose to spite your face by formatting things the way you do in a boxing card. people paid for the main event and it's ridiculous to expect them to watch 3-4 boring fights, or check in periodically to see if the main is on. people have better **** to do and it's way too easy to do it. it's way too easy to stream. but for 10 bucks who gives a ****??
Floyd fought at 154 once upon a time. You mean to say SRL didn’t have the vaguest idea how to add weight to COMPETE against a 175lbr? Are you this ******?

Are you an idiot? Why are you protecting a concept you don’t understand? Lol. It’s perfectly fine for us to be entertained watching fighters challenge themselves. It’s nothing new

        Floyd is pretty damn ectomorph

Terence one of the few “small guys” with longer arms than Floyd

he could make one round trip to 160 skills permitting

Crawford here is doing the basics for what any fighter would do when gaining weight to compete at a higher class. SRL wasn’t lifting pencils for LaLonde preparation, and SRL was hungry for a challenge…. But Bud wants to drain at 147 doe

147 is Bud 3rd weight class.

Its a reason less than 10 people in history have won titles in 5 divisons.

It’s not the fact that he has stayed at 147 that’s so irritating.

It’s the fact that he has stayed at 147 and up until this Porter announcement has fought zero credible opponents all while holding a world title hostage and continuing to sign with TR.

Glad he is actually fighting a live body next.

I don't think a fighter has to move up to be great,. but they do have to face the TOP competition in their weight class.

How did Ennis get to be a “real one”? Is it from the same eye test that we’re not allowed to use for Terrence Crawford?

Why should anyone move up if they don't want to or feel like it? Who tf are you to demand what another grown ass man does with his life?
