Maybe 147. I don't think he can take on the biggest guys at 147, Shane and Margarito would walk through his punches and give him great trouble with their much superior reach. I think Cotto will beat him to. He is not big enough to take on the best at 147 IMO.

Pacquiao is a 135 fighter fighting in the 140 and 147. He fight at 140 because he feel more comfortble. In that case, if it was cotto than it would be at 154. Manny like challenge so if he win and the fight with Floyd doesn't get made, he might fight some one from the 154 just for the he'll of it.
