What is the highest possible weight class Pacquiao can climb

I ain't even convinced he's legit at WW til I see if he beats Cotto. I think 140 is the highest he can fight to full effectiveness, at least for now.

I agree. IF, a big "If" in my opinion - if he beats Cotto than we will know if he's a true WW at this moment.

Anything higher than 147 will need some performance enhancements!!

I think he's stretching it at 147. He may be able to beat a couple fighters but there's no way he can compete there consistently.
