Canelo is using the system Miguel Cotto used. Stayed friendly with all promoters.
Hand picked the fighters that made sense to his team at the highest financial
    benefits.

I thought he was signed with Matchroom/DAZN? He appears in their stable on their website.

Haymon and Canelo deserve each other. They have little to no respect for the sport and view it as detached and phlegmatic as is possible.

No doubt Canelo is a special fighter, and one I like to watch, but his personality is as dry as week-old dog ****e.

The whole point of being beholden to no-one is thay he is (wait for it) beholden to no-one. This means he can get fights with everyone without the barriers of who is aligned with whom. Which is good for boxing, the fans and for Canelo. If the fighters he wants to beat are with PBC, then he'll work with Haymon. If they're with someone else, he'll be working with the someone else.

They did order the fight, but Hearn is talking about having Ryder face Bivol instead!

So instead of putting him against a green, young prospect, granted a very talented one, he is sending him against a powerful LHW, I hope he is getting a good pay day. Bivol is no joke. Be safe...

Haymon must be completely ****** since he guaranteed Canelo the biggest payday in boxing history if no one is going to watch the fight. Your comment makes no sense. It reminds me of Yogi Berra's famous quip, "Nobody goes there anymore. It's too crowded."
