My man Derrick Lewis just admitted Boxing is more difficult than MMA - RAW REACTION!!!

So I got your attention now. Hot Ones interviewed him. The first part of the interview starts out with how come he chose MMA over boxing when he initially started in boxing? He was straight up, boxing is more cardio and you need to train more. MMA is more of a street fight.

THERE YOU HAVE IT FOLKS! This is why you see less white folks in boxing and more in MMA these days. It's just, EASIER. Lack of discipline, lack of extended training. You can just walk in there and pray you either take a dude to the ground or land a lucky shot. You can literally stand planted with hardly any movement to conserve energy. On the contrary, boxing, you'd get ktfo trying that.

Sorry to stir some shiz up but it had to be spoken now that it came out of the GOAT of MMA, Derrick Lewis own mouth.

Can't insert youtube links here now? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nyYWgOfqJdY

Apples to oranges. Smaller talent pool in MMA and it takes less fights to get to the top, but it also has less record padding and cherry picking. Theres more ways to win, but also more ways to lose, and more chance of getting an upset, but also more chance of someone getting an upset on you.

Also the HW division in boxing is much stronger than MMA right now, and Lewis is a lazy slob with limited skills and a bad gas tank but a Hail Mary punch, hes like a dollar store Deontay. He got his ass kicked even worse than Deontay in his last fight too.

Oh and btw OP, your weird racial thing about there being more white folks in MMA only applies to American fighters really, and the main reason for it is the talent pipeline from collegiate wrestling. There are obviously tons of white boxers from outside the US, and tons of none white MMA fighters from all over.

Your technical analysis is lacking too. Lol'ed @ "pray you take a dude to the ground" like its the same as throwing a Hail Mary or something.

Lewis is a lazy ass fighter so yea , MMA would be easier for him but not everyone . George Foreman tried getting him into boxing first ,he probably saw the discipline it took which is harder than MMA and decided no .
